So far, more than 6 km polymetallic veins (Pb- Zn- Cu- Ag ± Au) have been identified in the Chalmbar exploration area. The length of these veins varies from 15 meters to 1 km and their width varies from 1 to 6 meters. Height of veins up to 2 meters has also been recorded. According to the results of the samples taken in the Prospecting phase:

  • The maximum grade of gold is 2.4 ppm and average grade is 368 ppb.
  • The maximum grade of lead is 7.9 % and average grade is 2.2 %.
  • The maximum grade of zinc is 4.2 % and average grade is 1.2 %.
  • The maximum grade of copper is 3 % and average grade is 0.8 %.

Surface excavations (trenches) were carried out with an approximate volume of 1140 m3. According to the results of the trench samples analysis:

  • The maximum grade of gold is 3.1 ppm and its average grade is 0.3 ppm.
  • The maximum grade of lead is 5.6 % and its average grade is 2.7 %.
  • The maximum grade of zinc is 6.7 % and its average grade is 1.9 %.
  • The maximum grade of copper is 1.6 % and its average grade is 0.5 %.

Drilling operations (core drilling operation) in 9 boreholes with a total lenght of 583 meters has been drilled by the core drilling machine with wireline drilling technical specifications (HQ). 63 samples of these boreholes were forward to analysis. According to the results of the boreholes samples analysis:

  • The maximum grade of gold is 116 ppb and its average grade is 37 ppb.
  • The maximum grade of lead is 16.1 % and its average grade is 0.65 %.
  • The maximum grade of zinc is 6.6 % and its average grade is 0.99 %.
  • The maximum grade of copper is 1.37 % and its average grade is 0.15 %.

Proven reserve

The total lead and zinc reserves with an economic limit grade of 2% and an average grade of 5.4% are equal to 124378 tons of lead and zinc ores. The total copper reserve with an economic limit grade of 0.3% and an average grade of 0.59% is equal to 135035 tons of copper ore. Gold also has reserves of several hundred tons and is being explored.
